The biggest advantage right now of the Left Coast parks is the ability to include Marvel at the parks.

That would be very cool to bring over to this coast! ; Wonder why the agreement only restricts it on this side - Universal is in California, after all!!

Not sure but I think it had to do with the lack of space in California. Plus California is really still a working studio. Most of the classic rides are part of the backlot tour while they are independent rides in Florida.

Heck they just got the permits to demolish some stuff JUST to build Harry Potter in California.
