Seeing that they are bolted down, it's gotta be in a public place. ; To narrow it down, the stone looks like those in the Japan Pavilion. ; Maybe back by the Horses or inside the toy museum.

Using a little deducing... It has to be outside as there are leaves intermingled with the chisels. ; And looking back at the rock style, it looks like the "smoking area" across from Aloha Isle and Swiss Family Treehouse. ; Maybe near the railing that looks towards the water wheel at the base of the treehouse.

Right on the money Red. ; The benches in that area have lots of detail that people generally do not notice unless they take a break and sit there.
