Great shots Raj! I have still never been to Vegas, and at sometime in the future, will get there.

Thanks, I was surprised how much non gaming related things there were to do there - between the food, the shows (Ka and O are amazing) and the photo ops, you can easily avoid the proverbial "losing of the shirt".

Very cool. I've been to Vegas twice, and for the first 24 hours of each trip, I love it. Then it crushes my soul. Luckily some great country is so close to the strip.

When we were flying in, passing over into the valley, I told my wife "if we land and turn around today I'd be happy".

Like you I was good for the first day or so, and then all the "LCD" became crushing - everything was sex/booze/gaming. Something to be experienced once for sure, but after that, there are much more beautiful places to see in the area than the strip - GC, Valeey of Fire, etc.

And did you find that the cigarette smoke was so overwhelming? Everything around here is smoke-free so we're just not used to it, I guess. It kept giving me headaches. But the architecture and theming was nice.

You pics are wonderful!

Thanks for the kudos on the pics,

I did find the smoke to get a bit much - especially in the "non smoking" areas, strangely the casino areas were better vented. I

In Alberta, we have most places non smoking as well, so it was quite the annoyance. Just like the few places that smoking is allowed in the parks, but I must say that DLRP and Europe in general was worse in terms of annoyance.
