well, seeing as it is Red, White and Blue I am going to guess that it is in the Hall of Flags at the American Experience/ American Pavillion.

I want to say Norway because their flag is also Red, White, and Blue.

If it is Norway, I am thinking it is is on the Oil Derricks during the Maelstrom ride. ; It looks like it is a zoom shot in low light.

Thanks to the Pixelmania guys talking me into Muppet Vision which I had never seen before, I had a good look at that crazy waiting room area with tons of stuff. ; I tried to find something a bit obscure within there for a WAI, since Gary and Tim and probably a lot of the rest of you know the place so well!

I guess the clue wasn't needed, then! ; I was just starting to lay down hints, the first of which was 'I'm waiting...', as in 'the waiting queue area' of the show. ; I was trying to think of fancier clues to start posting, but you got it first!
