you are inside the Guerlain Boutique, a place my wife knows quite well.
 
You're outside the Guerlain shop which is next to Belle's Library, which should be behind you. You're in the little walkway that goes through the building, under the Arcade sign, Est-ce que je suis correct ?

Yes Roger! (I believe) You are correct!

I stood outside the perfume shop cause my best friend was inside and I have allergies that kept me outside :D

I know I was in the corridor between the two shops...
