My initial guess would be the Mummy's Treasure scene in the Great Movie Ride. Looks to be "Middle Eastern"/"Egyptian".

i am going Asia in Animal Kingdom... prolly near Everest or Yak & Yeti.
 
Based on the helmet, stucco color, and he looks like a Spanish "God",
I'm going with Coronado Springs.

Left Coast does me in also, never got there, I was over 50 before I wver got to WDW, but have made up for it since then.
 
Left coast, sign me off too. I haven't been since 1993, and it was significantly smaller and different back then. If this was there then, I don't recognize it!

Okay, I have given two clues. The first is obvious that it is on the West Coast. The second clue will get you closer.

That makes me think that its at DCA. I've never been there, so I can't get any closer than that.
