I had NN also but I can't get it to work with CS5. ; I think Topaz Denoise is better anyway though.
 
topaz denoise seems to be a really good plug in for me, i use it as a lightroom plug in, you just need to also download and install topaz fusion, apparently some sort of bridge program into lightroom compatability.
 
The nice thing about Topaz plugins is that they also work with Elements, and some of them even work with Gimp!
